Every now and then, big-time directors will come out with some commercials, probably just for trying out a different medium of film. Quite often, these commercials will come out without even the directors’ names attached, so we usually don’t even know when they’ve made one.
One of my favorite directors, Wes Anderson, recently directed two Hyundai spots that aired during the recent Oscar broadcast. If you’ve seen his films, you can totally tell that these commercials were made by him. It has Wes Anderson written all over it. These two commercials show different sides of Anderson’s film styles and are really fun to watch. Check out Anderson’s commercials for the Hyundai Azera.
