Probably shortly before the time that I started follow Supreme, about 3-4 years ago, they started to cover the cities of their flagship stores with posters of that season’s collection. Their most iconic posters though, were the ones of their photo collabs, usually featuring a celebrity wearing their classic white box logo tee.
The lastest and, maybe, the most popular poster is the one of Kate Moss for the Kate Moss tee that dropped this Spring/Summer season. I’ve seen that poster plasters all around Los Angeles, especially in the mid-city/Hollywood area. This particular collab also holds a special place for Supreme fans because one of the most iconic tees from the brand features Moss with the Supreme logo over her special bottom half. To this day, that tee is close to impossible to find.
Their photo collab posters have been with people such as Lou Reed to icons such as Kermit the Frog (personal favorite). I’ve put together a place to see most of the ones that have occured in the past few years. Posters include Raekwon & Ghostface & Elmo (2005), Dipset (2006), Mike Tyson (2007), Lou Reed (2009), Kermit The Frog (2008), and Lady Gaga (2011).
