Some amazing and genius individual has gone ahead and re-created the 1967 Spider-Man cartoon intro using clips from trailers of the new Amazing Spider-Man film by Marc Webb and starring Andrew Garfield. This is absolutely amazing. I always used to watch re-runs of the cartoon as kid and still do occasionally. The wacky and ridiculous quality of how superheroes were portrayed back in the day is hilarious. And the theme song is still a classic. The Simpsons cover of it in their movie as Spider-Pig was amazing. This also kind of reminds me of the dubbed shorts they do on Disney XD‘s Marvel Universe hour where they just dub ridiculous things over old Marvel cartoons from this era.
