Or what he says is her first cries. Hov really pours his heart out into this track and creates a bit more buzz to the already-famous Blue Ivy Carter. By the way, don’t get me started about her name. If your kid is going to rule the world, at least give her a good name. I get the idea behind the name too, but c’mon.
