Happy Birthday Webhead.

Happy birthday Spider-Man! This month marks the 50th birthday of my favorite superhero, Spider-Man. Marvel has planned a few events for the celebration of the world’s favorite webhead, which included the release of this year’s The Amazing Spider-Man in theatres. The celebration also includes some incredible variant covers for this month’s issues and also a special new story arc in The Amazing Spider-Man comics. After looking at a few of these variant covers, I definitely need to [Read More]

I hope you all enjoy! On a side note, I know that both of my entries are very subjective and without a doubt I probably missed or forgot about other important/interesting films that are coming out. With that it mind, please feel free to voice your own opinions and suggestions on the movies that [Read More]

Mark of the Spider.

I absolutely love viral campaigns. I don’t remember the first big one that I followed, but the whole idea of using viral marketing for films has been only around for a few years. The last good viral campaign that I can think of was for The Dark Knight, where they had interactive real-life scavenger hunts and other events that led to exclusive goodies and such. When The Amazing Spider-Man trailer premiered, people discovered a hidden link to [Read More]
